The client's training management system had no public-facing enrolment capability. Students had to contact the organisation directly to enrol, creating a manual bottleneck. They needed a way for students to discover available courses, complete enrolment forms, make payments, and have their data flow directly into the backend training system — all from the existing WordPress website.

// The Solution

We developed a custom WordPress plugin with Gutenberg blocks that creates a complete self-service enrolment experience. Students can browse and search courses, view availability and pricing, complete multi-step enrolment forms, and pay via Stripe — all without leaving the WordPress site. The plugin connects to the training management API for live course data, syncs enrolment records back to the backend system, and includes an admin dashboard for configuration, form customisation, and audit logging. A built-in quiz system supports pre-enrolment assessments with PDF result generation.
