Two nights.
One goal:
make Claude
useful at work.
Learn where Claude can save you time, take work off your desk and help you build something useful. On the second night, you will build it yourself.
The point of the workshop
Two practical evenings showing business owners, managers and professionals how to turn Claude from a chat box into something they actually use at work.
6pm to 9pm

Why this workshop
You have heard you should be using AI. Nobody has shown you how.
The hard part is not what Claude can do. It is knowing where to use it and how to turn an idea into something that works. That is what these two evenings are about.
Learn from people who use Claude every day.
Adam uses Claude across business operations. Kieran uses it to build software. You will learn the practical ways they use it in their work, what they have discovered through using it every day, and how to apply those approaches in your own business.
Adam and Kieran understand that the value of AI is not in the technology alone, but in how it can improve the way a business operates. Kieran brings deep technical capability and, for almost 20 years, I have trusted him to identify, learn and implement new technologies to meet changing business needs. Adam brings strong operational experience and a practical understanding of how businesses get work done. Together, they offer a grounded and useful perspective on applying AI in business.
How the two nights work
Learn it one night.
Put it to work the next.
Tuesday 27 October · 6pm to 9pm
Night One: understand what Claude can actually do
We show you the different ways Claude can be used, what each one is good for, and how to choose the right approach for the work in front of you.
Chat
Ask better questions, give Claude useful business context and produce real documents rather than a wall of text.
Cowork
Hand over files and a job to do, then let Claude work through reports, research, spreadsheets or a stack of documents.
Code
Turn a plain-English description into a useful tool, calculator, form or tracker without needing to be a developer.
Skills
Write instructions once so Claude follows your format, tone or checklist every time.
Wednesday 28 October · 6pm to 9pm
Night Two: build something yourself
We build one project together from start to finish. Everyone works on their own laptop, tests what Claude produces and fixes the problems as they happen.
- 1Set it up
Get everyone working before we move on.
- 2Build it
Describe it, test it, change it and keep refining.
- 3Make it yours
Apply the approach to something from your own work.
Who this is for
No technical background required.
You might be starting from nothing. You might have used ChatGPT or Claude a few times and wondered what all the fuss was about. Either is fine.
We start with the fundamentals and build from there. If you can use a laptop and send an email, you can do this.
Already using Claude heavily every day? This workshop is designed for beginners and practical users, rather than advanced technical training.
What you take home
Something that works, not a folder of notes you never open again.
More time back
Leave knowing which recurring tasks Claude can shorten, simplify or take off your desk.
One annoying job made easier
Build a working tool around something you genuinely do and would rather not keep doing manually.
A repeatable way to use Claude
Create your first Claude Skill so it can follow your process, format, tone or checklist whenever the job comes around again.
A practical head start
Take away prompts, templates and a clear method for finding the next piece of work Claude can help with.

Questions
Before you book.
Can’t see your question? Get in touch and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Ask us a questionI am not technical at all. Will I keep up?
Yes. We start with what Claude is and why anyone would use it, then show everything live at a pace where you can follow. If you can use a laptop and send an email, you will be fine.
What do I need to bring?
Your laptop, charger and Uncle Claude. A paid Claude plan is required, and we’ll send setup instructions beforehand so everyone can start together.
Can I come to just one night?
Yes. Night One is available separately for $999 including GST. Night Two is the build night and is part of the full workshop ticket.
What are we building on the second night?
We take one project from an empty screen to a working result together. In the final part of the evening, you apply the same approach to your own work. You do not need to arrive with a finished idea.
What if I don’t know what I want to build?
That is fine. Night One will help you identify suitable work, and we’ll help you choose something realistic and useful for Night Two.
Where is it held?
Loganholme, straight off the Pacific Motorway, with free parking. Full venue details are provided with your booking.
