// The Challenge

Field supervisors needed a fast, mobile-friendly way to verify that workers on-site held valid qualifications and certifications. The existing process involved phone calls to head office or checking paper records. With workers across multiple sites and organisations, there was no efficient way to verify credentials, identify skills gaps, or record field observations in real time.

// The Solution

We built a PWA that connects directly to the organisation's training management system via API. Supervisors can search for workers, verify their identity, and instantly see their qualification status — colour-coded as Competent or Expired. A skills gap analysis feature compares worker qualifications against job position requirements. The multi-tenant architecture supports multiple organisations, each with their own branding, API connections, and user management. Field notes can be recorded directly against worker records with timestamps.
