Enterprise Admin Portal

Complete UX redesign and frontend prototype for a 20+ module admin system

// The Challenge

The existing admin portal had grown organically over years, resulting in inconsistent interfaces, confusing navigation, and poor usability across modules. With 20+ distinct functional areas — from scheduling and resource planning to reporting and compliance — the system needed a unified design language and modernised user experience without disrupting the underlying business logic.

// The Solution

We designed a complete new design system with a consistent component library (cards, tables, modals, badges, navigation patterns) and applied it across every module. The delivery included wireframes for all screens, a new information architecture, and a fully interactive Next.js frontend prototype that the client's team could use as a pixel-perfect reference for implementation. The prototype used mock data to demonstrate all interactions, state management, and responsive behaviour — giving the internal team a production-ready frontend to integrate against their existing API layer.
